Goodbye Jhansi Ki Rani! Vikas Manaktala Confirms Ending The “Blissful Journey” On June 28
Jhansi Ki Rani starring Anushka Sen, Vikas Manaktala, and Anuja Sathe is all set to bid goodbye. Last week, few media reports suggested that the show is on the radar, because of its falling TRPs and may go off-air soon. It was reported that the channel may pull the plugs off by July, if the ratings do not improve.

And now, SpotboyE.com got in touch with Vikas, who is essaying character of Gangadhar Rao, to know the exact development. The actor confirmed that the show is going off-air and also told us the date of the last shoot. "Yes, Jhansi Ki Rani is going off-air. And our last day of shoot is June 28,” Vikas told us.


Ask Vikas about his journey till now and he says, "It's been a blissful journey and all of us wished for it to be longer. But I close this chapter with a lot of gratitude in heart towards the whole team.”

Jhansi Ki Rani is the classic tale of the life of Manikarnika, who transforms herself into the brave warrior Rani Lakshmi Bai, and has been on air from February 2019. Unfortunately the period drama failed to impress the audience and due to bad ratings channel decided to end the show. The last day will be telecasted on July 24.

Recently, Colors TV has taken the decision to end a lot many shows like Roop – Mard Ka Naya Swaroop, Vish Ya Amrit – Sitara, Ishq Mein Marjawan, Udaan, and Kesari Nandan. Coming to Jhansi Ki Rani, we’re sure the cast and crew will miss the show.
